Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said that "our juridical proceedings are continuing on the issue of the murder of martyr Qassem Soleimani", stressing that "Tehran will not allow this crime to go unpunished under international law".

Mr. Khatibzadeh added during his weekly press conference this Sunday : We are preparing the necessary indictments on this file.

He stressed: "Regarding this file, all our indictments will target the US administration and all those who assisted in the assassination operation belonging to other countries, including the bases that helped execute the cowardly intelligence operation".
