Syria: more than 3,000 civilians killed in international Coalition attacks
Since the beginning of the military intervention in Syria by the US-led international anti-ISIS Coalition, 3,037 civilians have lost their lives.
Since 23 September 2014, during the attacks by Coalition forces, 3,037 civilians have been killed, including 924 children and 656 women. In the first year, 249 civilians were killed during the Coalition military intervention, the second 389, the third 753, the fourth 432 and the fifth 205.
A total of 1,133 people were killed in Raqqa, 782 in Aleppo, 626 in Deir ez-Zor, 218 in Hassaké, 140 in Idleb, 133 in Homs and 5 in Deraa. Since 23 September 2014, the anti-Daesh coalition has targeted residential areas in several offensives. For example," residential areas " such as schools and markets have been targeted at least 181 times. In the syrian provinces of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Hassaké, more than 560 thousand civilians have been forced to leave their homes because of the bombing of the coalition forces.
