Israeli assault and armed clashes with the occupation in AlQods and Jenin: 5 Palestinian martyrs
On Sunday, 25 September, the elite unit of the Israeli occupation army stormed the town of Burquin, west of the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
Occupation soldiers also surrounded the house of a Palestinian northwest of occupied AlQods, with the aim of assassinating a leader of the Al-Qassam brigades, Ahmad Zahrane.
According to occupation security sources, the assault targeted a group of Palestinian resistance militants Hamas and Jihad, in several Palestinian cities.
Armed clashes then broke out between occupation soldiers and Palestinian youths in different parts of Jenin.
The occupying forces also arrested eight Palestinians from the West Bank overnight from Saturday to Sunday.
